C18W did not have a meeting at this ICC.  Neither Hans Gnerlich nor John Densley was able to attend so the meeting was cancelled.  At the Spring 2003 meeting, Working Group members were asked to send in comments by the early summer.  John and Hans made changes according to the comments and are awaiting some other comments that were promised.  They will send the document out for ballot, which should take place within the month of November 2003.
