The meeting was held on Monday, April 29-2002. 20 members and guests attended. It was decided to wait for the change of status from discussion group to working group until the next meeting. It was decided also to stick with the activities agreed upon previously, namely:

We had a brief presentations on Bibliography, Data communication and Dynamic rating. Texts on the above items written by CIGRE working group will be sent to the responsible of various activities for information.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. John Downes from Sensa gave a presentation on the DTS: the Distributed Temperature System.
