Ed Gulski

 

 

Ed Gulski was born on July 31st, 1958 in Poland.

He received the M.Sc. degree in information technology in 1982 from Dresden University of Technology in Germany.

In 1991 he received the Ph.D. degree from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

In 2004 he received the Doctor Habilitatus degree from Warsaw University of Technology in Poland.

At present he is CEO of onsite.hv.solutions AG in Switzerland; an international organisation providing knowledge support for power utilities. As an extraordinary professor at the Poznan University of Technology in Poland he is involved in research and education in the field of insulation diagnosis of HV components and Asset Management. He is

He is a member of the 2010 class of IEEE Fellows, with a citation that reads: For application of partial discharges to diagnosis of high voltage components.”

His hobbies include mountaineering, skiing, scuba and cave diving.
