At the Fall 2008 Meeting the AdCom passed an official Guideline on the refund of pre-paid registration fees.
Registration fees are refundable only upon notification to Thomas Arnold (thomasarnold@ieee.org) no later than the Thursday prior to the meeting. (Any other cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.) Refunds will be issued by ICC check, only, within 45 days of notification. No other refunds will be issued.
