| Registration |
Online Registration will be available before the meeting. A reminder e-mail will be
sent out to all previous attendees when on-line registration opens.
We encourage you to register on-line even if you do not plan to pay with a
credit card. The option to register and mail a check or to pay on-site with
cash or check is also available with on-line registration. In addition to online advance registration, simultaneous download of the Spring 2012 ICC Meeting minutes will also be available. |
| Historical ICC Minutes | Historical ICC Meeting Minutes DVD – ICC Historical minutes continue to be available for sale on a DVD, containing the ICC Meeting Minutes from the very first meeting in 1947 through Fall 2010. All of the minutes contained on this DVD are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format and are searchable either from within Acrobat Reader or using the Windows search engine. The DVD is available for purchase during registration, on-site at any meeting, and at any time between meetings. |
| Mini-Expo | The Fall meeting will feature a Mini-Expo for vendors to make table top displays of equipment and services related to the scope of the ICC. You can sign up for a table top display using the meeting Registration form. A list of exhibitors can be found here. Guidelines on displays can be found here. |
| New Member Orientation | First Meeting? Want to know more about the ICC? Please attend the Orientation Session on Sunday afternoon. There are many different sessions at ICC meetings and they cover a multitude of subjects related to insulated conductors. Information presented at Orientation will help you find the sessions that are of most interest to you. |

The meeting will be held at the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort in St. Petersburg, FL.
Tradewinds Island Grand
Resort The room rate is exclusive of applicable state and local taxes. No resort fee will be charged. These rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability, or until the designated cut-off date. The rate includes in-room coffee, wireless internet access in guest rooms and common areas, use of fitness center and tennis courts, daily newspaper, in-room safe, self parking, and local and toll-free telephone calls, domestic faxes and use of the business center, beach cabana, miniature golf, and paddleboats. |

| Spouse Activities |
Spouse/Guest Breakfast – As always, if your spouse or guest would like to be included in the daily breakfasts from 8:00 – 9:30 AM, please be sure to register them by selecting “Companion Registration” during the registration process. (The cost is $50 and includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.) |
| Tourist Information |
The ICC is a frequent visitor to St. Petersburg, so
many of you know your way around town. For those who may have
never joined us at this location, local information is provided by the cities of St. Petersburg and
Clearwater. A taxi from the airport is approximately $63 one-way. SuperShuttle from the airport is $25 per person, one-way. |
