PES-ICC Fall 1996 Open Forum

On November 5th, immediately after the Business Meeting, Don Voltz opened the Open Forum. The theme of the Open Forum was:

• Field Testing with Alternate Methods - William Thue (Consultant) Partial Discharge Location Method - M.S. Mashikian (University of Connecticut) Very Low Frequency Testing - C. Katz (Cable Technology Laboratories)
